Christi Clark will lead our Managed Agency Services Group in this brand new segment of our business. Christi comes to PlanetOne with 9 years of telecom experience on the network and hardware side of the business. This support is designed for agents who require a full service and support solution for their agency. All pre-sales, post-sales, proposals, billing, customer support and retention are provided to your agency under this new and exciting program. Renee Schoedler comes to PlanetOne with 14 years telecom experience in the Indirect Channel and will coordinate and manage all aspects of retention at PlanetOne. Given the current state of the economy we are confident that retention will take on even greater emphasis in 2009. Renee will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our agents, customers and carriers on a daily basis to minimize attrition.
Sheri Dogra comes to PlanetOne with 25 years of Customer Service experience and will lead our Quality Assurance Team to make sure all agents are completely satisfied with the support and services offered from PlanetOne. Sheri will primarily facilitate new agent onboarding and training. She will also be involved with escalations on order processing and carrier commission disputes.
