TELECOM ALL-STAR EVENT SLIDES INTO ATLANTA AS ONE OF A KIND INDUSTRY NETWORKING OPP

Open to All Agents, PlanetOne Hosts Meet and Greet on March 24

(Scottsdale, AZ) "It gave me a vision I wouldn’t otherwise see," says Jason Shapiro, President of Xponent Resources whose Atlanta based company provides telecom procurement and optimization solutions to area businesses.

That’s how one telecom industry participant viewed the bottom line benefits he received by attending last year’s PlanetOne All Star Event held in Atlanta - and why he's planning to attend this year's session, too.

PlanetOne is one of the largest master telecom agencies in the country, with plans to host its second area road show at the W Atlanta Perimeter Hotel on Wednesday, March 24. It is free to attend, and open to all telecom agents eager to network and learn from C-level business leaders in the fast paced world of telecom.

"Atlanta is a market phenom in the telecom world," according to Ted Schuman, founder and CEO of PlanetOne in Scottsdale. "We're excited to return with our day long industry event because the agent community is always really supportive and involved. They really get it."

Get it, indeed.

This year's meet and greet will feature a keynote address by Boland T. Jones, founder, chairman and CEO of Premiere Global Telecom, now known as PGI. Also headquartered in Atlanta, PGI is the largest industry player in the "collaborative" telecom space, specializing in conference calling services and web-based meetings among their Fortune 500 client roster.

Other vendors scheduled for the PlanetOne All Star Tour line up include Paetec, XO Communications, Global Crossing, Level(3) and other telecom giants.

The 2010 All Star Telecom Tour is designed as a social, educational and networking event bringing the best and brightest telecom agents together with top tier providers to learn from each other in a one-on-one fast track.

Presented annually by PlanetOne, this industry promotion is the longest running channel networking event in the industry, with a ten-year track record of success. Over the next several months, the company will tour five additional key markets including Washington, D.C., Chicago, New York, Boston and Phoenix.

"There are top agents around the country that simply can't get away to attend major telecom trade shows throughout the year," Schuman added. "So we bring the vendors to their front door. It's a tremendous opportunity to meet the sales teams that support PlanetOne, and to develop direct carrier relationships.”

Cash and prizes are also awarded to attendees, courtesy of PlanetOne.

Participation for the 2010 All Star Telecom Tour is open to any agent and is free to attend. To register for the upcoming Atlanta venue scheduled for March 23, agents may register online at http://www.planetone.net/telecom_tour_signup.aspx. Agents may also click on the PlanetOne website for the complete line up of event dates and locations.
