2022 Market Opportunities for Channel Partners

UCaaS and CCaaS are hot right now and will continue to dominate the market in 2022 and beyond, which is creating a significant opportunity for our partners. Fortune Business Insights, for example, reports that the global CCaaS market size is projected to grow from USD 4.07 billion in 2021 to USD 11.76 billion in 2028.
The other big opportunity — which won’t surprise you – is security. Everyone in the channel is ramping up their businesses to support the growing demand for security. Its explosive growth is leading forecasters to anticipate the value of the global cybersecurity market will top $403 billion by 2027. Here at PlanetOne, we’ve armed our subject matter experts to best support our partners and help them capture this revenue.
One of the ways we are investing in the success of our partners and ramping up our security services is through a preferred partnership agreement with global cybersecurity AI leader, Darktrace. Darktrace uses AI to interrupt in-progress cyber-attacks in seconds, including ransomware, email phishing, and threats to cloud environments and critical infrastructure.
Darktrace Global Head of Partnerships, Francesca Bowen recently advised partners, “Cyber security isn’t an area to settle for good enough.” You need to align with the best and we are bringing that directly to our partners. This new relationship follows Darktrace’s purchase of attack surface management vendor Cybersprint and marks the beginning of a fruitful relationship for all parties.
There is a tremendous amount of interest in from our partners in Darktrace’s AI technology and their session at PlanetOne Partner Appreciation Week in January was standing room only. I had to pull our own salespeople out of the room to make space for our partners. It was insane and exceeded everyone’s expectations.
When it comes to partner success, being on top of market opportunities is only step one. To get across the finish line, you need to be aligned with the right technology sourcing partner who will provide education and enablement.
