Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Position Description:

This role encompasses all aspects of securing pricing from various providers for sales opportunities and presenting pricing in a standard quote format, processing orders in various online provider portals and be the subject matter expert on non-complex (Data/Voice) supplier products and services.

We’re looking for an individual that enjoys being involved and is not afraid to dive in and do what needs to be done to make things happen! We move quickly, and we want people who can get things done at a high level of productivity.

This is an entry-level position, experience in a Technology pre- or post-sales support role is preferable but will train the right candidate. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

This position is only for candidates to work from our Scottsdale HQ. 

Day to day duties include but are not limited to:

 

Maintain quote desk:

Sales opportunities will be received you will select the providers that are best fit and secure pricing thru various channels i.e. portal, outside quote team, vendor contact; you will deliver the pricing back in a standard format.

 

Maintain transactional Pricing/Processing Desk:

Pricing/Processing and Follow-up on transactional lower end products such as Broadband/POTS orders. You will be the go-to for completing any forms for order submission, processing orders in respective systems, notifying partners/internal staff of order status, process/pricing changes etc. You will create and maintain a “How To” flow document on how to process these orders.

 

Mobility/IOT 

You will be one of a few staff members that will process Mobility and IOT Orders Including entering in the system, shipping out SIM’s, etc.

Position Description: We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and hungry Inside Channel Manager (ICM) with at least three years of indirect sales experience in the telecom and IT industry. The ICM is responsible for developing relationships with new partners and supporting existing partners with their pre and post sales activity. The ICM’s role is a partner enablement resource helping partners drive revenue through PlanetOne’s extensive portfolio of services. Knowledge of telecommunications and cloud services is a requirement for this position. Position Description:

If you have 3+ years successful experience in a pre or post sales and marketing support role, particularly in a telecommunications and/or cloud service environment we would like to speak with you about joining the PlanetOne team in Our Scottsdale office. In this role you will be the liaison between our Providers (vendors) and our team, helping to support sales efforts. Applicant must possess strong organizational skills and preferably be well versed in technology. This role reports to PlanetOne’s SVP of Marketing and encompasses managing all aspects of PlanetOne’s Preferred Provider Program management on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
